What is Denver QWO®?
Qwo (collagenaseccollagenase clostridium histolyticum-aaes) is the first and only FDA-approved injectable for moderate to severe cellulite in the buttocks of adult women. Qwo is a non-surgical treatment clinically proven to reduce moderate to severe cellulite.
How does QWO® work?
Enzymes called collagenases target the structural causes under the skin, where cellulite starts. It’s thought that QWO works by releasing fibrous bands, redistributing fat cells, and stimulating the growth of new collagen. QWO is an injectable treatment option that is thought to target a primary structural cause of cellulite.
Does Denver QWO® hurt?
QWO® is well tolerated by most patients. Most people compare the injection sensation to a bug bite. Overall discomfort is minimal and temporary.
How many treatments is Denver QWO®?
Each treatment visit may include up to two treatment areas. QWO injections will be given three weeks apart for a total of three treatment visits. Each treatment may look different based upon the severity of the cellulite dimples.
Can I do QWO®, Botox® and filler at the same visit?
Yes, you can do all of those services at the same visit.
Who will be doing my Denver QWO® Injections?
All Orange County QWO injections are done by one of our injectors at Happy Clinic VIP. All of our injectors have many years experience doing cosmetic injections, with thousands of injections done safely and effectively.
